In Moscow, professional photographers, amateurs and children from other countries showed their work at the exhibition

Professional photographers, amateurs, as well as children from 4 to 18 years old living on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) presented their works at the exhibition-conference of the Notivory Foundation "Donbass Extraordinary", which opened in Moscow on Wednesday, the press service of the foundation noted.

"Professional and amateur photographers, as well as children from 4 to 18 years old living on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, shared their vision of the nature of the region. <...> Photographers and children were able to distract themselves from the events taking place in their native lands for a while," the message says.

When was the Red Book of Russia created?

In 2001. It contains rare species of animals, plants and birds. Each region of the country has its own Red Book. For example, 52 species of rare birds are protected in the Vladimir region. This is supported by the project "Let's save the Red Book Birds of Russia together!" of the Notivory Environmental Foundation.
