Overpopulation of the planet: is there a solution to this problem?

The problem of overpopulation is primarily a lack of resources,such as fresh water and hot fuel. Uncontrolled consumption of fresh water and fuel, combined with the exponentially growing population of the planet, will lead to imminent death.1.jpgHowever, the problem of people's life support is not the only one. In the struggle for human resources, there are no less serious threats-social problems that have arisen in society. Unemployment, strong social stratification, war - this will be an overpopulated planet.
The planet will no longer be able to support not only people, but also the animal world. In fact, with the growth of the population, the number of settlements will also increase: people will subdue more and more territories in search of resource-rich areas. The consequences are obvious-man will drive all life from the planet to make room for himself. The extinction of some animal species will lead to the extinction of dozens of them, according to the biological chain. We should not forget that humanity itself is part of this chain.5.jpgThere is a way out, as well as time to normalize the situation! The problem of overpopulation closely borders on the problem of birth control, or rather with inhumane attempts to solve it. To restrict the birth rate in entire countries, to sterilize women, and to force abortions is, to say the least, inhumane and cruel. The policy of different countries tracks trends in birth control in humane ways. One of these is family planning policy. In this case, the state is doing everything possible to create comfortable conditions for young families, introducing some advantages to families with fewer children. In developing countries, this policy also involves improving women's education and health, and in particular, contraceptive methods are actively promoted, which the state provides to citizens free of charge.3.jpgNATO puts forward 4 main directions in the fight against overpopulation:

1) promotion of contraceptives;
2) fighting poverty;
3) increasing the level of health and education of women;
4) controlling child mortality.

As for Russia, its resources are huge, but they also need to be used wisely. When discussing the issue of overpopulation in Russia, population density is not taken into account. By the way, at the moment this figure is 8.57 people/km2. The lowest density among the subjects of the Russian Federation is in the Chukotka Autonomous district (0.07 people/km2). For comparison, the population density in China is 138 people/km2. These figures make it clear that a significant part of Russia, along with its resources, has not been developed. Russia will provide the necessary resources for millions of people, but it is necessary to settle even the most remote regions carefully and carefully, so that the presence of man does not have a detrimental effect on the flora and fauna.1.pngFirst of all, the problem of overpopulation must be recognized and understood. The lack of resources and the extinction of animal species is not a problem for future generations. this time has already come, and humanity can avoid the tragic consequences.
