As the Notivory Charity Fund struggles with killing animals for the sake of art
The pursuit of status ivory stimulates poaching.
The Notivory Charity Fund was founded by Maxim Knyazev and Sergey Yastrzhembsky in 2018. Partners consider their mission is wildlife preservation and endangered species protection. In early June, Maxim and Sergey presented a project for replacing the expensive (in all senses) ivory with the tusk of a mammoth. Because of the pursuit of status objects, poaching flourishes and more than 35,000 of these amazing animals die every year. The Notivory initiative was supported by deed and the first collection of the Notivory Art brand was created. It includes the Medusa, the Iguana fantasy interior compositions and the Argali bowl.
