The International Interuniversity Conference «Artificial Intelligence, „Green Economy“ and the UN SDGs: Challenges and Solutions» was held
In continuation of the formation of Russia's position in the global "green agenda" as one of the promising objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) in the context of growing digitalization, the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry in the framework of cooperation of the research laboratory "Interdisciplinary Studies of the World Economy" together with the environmental Foundation "Notaivori", the Cosmonaut Training Center named after Yu.A.Gagarin, Afrakom Foundation, RSUH, LETI (A.S.Popov International Innovative Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Communications), the head of the North-Western Representative Office of the UNIDO Competence Center (UN), the Foundation of Representatives of the Domestic and Foreign Press "Ecoclinoushen" held on March 3, 2022 the International Interuniversity Conference "Artificial Intelligence, "Green Economy" and the UN SDGs: challenges and solutions" with the participation of several hundred students from more than 30 universities in various countries, interested in building a new multipolar world and offering their recipes for creating a position of the expert community on the issue of restoring ecological and climatic order.
During the 5-hour discussion, more than 40 reports were listened to and discussed on the topics of further convergence of world scientific schools and building a model of Russia's leading leadership in artificial intelligence and the ongoing policy of import substitution, theses were put forward on the technological complementarity of states in matters of digitalization and further systems and technologies of ICT and NBICS.
The conference is being held on this topic for the first time, and it was decided to expand the agenda at the level of international interuniversity cooperation to create a colloquium of all countries supporting Russia in defending its national sovereignty and pursuing a policy of economic dominance in the emerging world of Industry 4.0. In the field of ecology, specific proposals were made to join forces with the world community in unity of approaches to solving tasks for greening the Land, combating the results of mindless management of TNCs at sea and on land.
